WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

  • Due to hygiene reasons our items are considered a "Personal Item" and therefore cannot be resold. We kindly ask for you to be completely committed to your order as we cannot issue a refund or exchange if you change your mind.

  • If you have received a faulty or damaged item then please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and attach a photo of the issue. We will send you a return address to send the item back and inspect it before issuing a refund/replacement.

  • All Sales are Final. 

HOW IT WORKS ?

Our tucking underwear has two layers. A lycra outer layer and cotton inner layer. We also have other styles of underwear with different outer layers but the same inner layers. The two fabrics help to reinforce the tuck. The cotton inner layer keeps the area breathable and soft while still protecting and tucking your privates. The outer layers are to your liking for looks and use and reinforcement ; Lycra, vinyl, cotton, velvet and leather. So regardless the outer layer the inner layer still remains cotton on all. How to use it ?

  • Step 1 put the tuckituppp on and leave it on your thighs so you can grab your privates and maneuver them to tuck. 

  • Step 2 grab your testicles and place them upwards in your pelvic cavity. 

  • Step 3 grab your scrotum and your penis and pull them both back. 

  • Step 4 pull the Tuckituppp tucking panty up and adjust anything you feel that you need to. It is normal to adjust anything that may be out of the underwear , it can easily be adjusted inwards to fit inside the underwear. For a tighter tuck you may pull the back side of the underwear upwards on your waist.

  • We have an $10 signature delivery services if you request it.

  • We add complementary signature to all the orders over $150 dollars.

  • In addition, We may email you or text you to confirm and verify any large orders.

  • We are not responsible for lost, damages or missing packages. We offer signature service to make sure the package is deliver in your hands.

  • We provide tracking number in all our orders, to the email you provided. Make sure the address and information is correct before you check out.

  • Shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

  • International Shipping is $20.99 on all orders.

  • Tuckituppp does not cover taxes, duty, or fees on international shipments; which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country,therefore,we cannot predict what they will be. For specific information regarding custom policies and taxes, please contact your local customs office.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from tuckituppp.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
